The AAFM Board of Standards met in New York City in April. New International Protocols are being reviewed at this time.
Also, the AAFM Professional Practice Standards and Rules of Conduct are up for enhancement and renewal. Over the coming months, the Board will continue to take recommendations and vote on the new standards by the end of 2008. Because AAFM members include members of the banking, accounting, finance, insurance/risk, and investment community, the AAFM is working hard to accomodate members from diverse backgrounds and many countries.
Moreover, after successful discussions with New York University, The AAFM Board will continue to develop collaboration protocols and articulation possibilities.
